Introduction to Yoga - A Beginning Practice
This course will include instruction and review of fundamental asana. Each class will include asana (posture) practice and deep relaxation. All will benefit from this class. No previous experience is necessary. This general overview will also examine asana practice as it relates to posture, balance, flexibility, strength, skeletal and muscular integrity, health benefits, relieving tension, and the restorative qualities of yoga asana.
