MHTI Course Offering
This course provides the knowledge, information, and special skills needed during the on-site completion process to advance the overall quality of a modular home to the customer. The course consists of a series of topics or training modules spanning a two-day (16 hour) time period and covering four critical elements leading to the successful on-site completion of a modular home. Lecture and hands-on exercises are utilized. Topics include: site and foundation preparation, overview of optimal scheduling, complete modular home set, and finishing a modular home.
