Network Fundamentals 2008
Network Fundamentals provides a baseline level of knowledge of today's networking technologies. This course explores all aspects of networking standards, theory, and design. Along with a focus on networking operating systems, this course provides up-to-date coverage of Microsoft Windows XP and Server 2003 technologies, along with a review of some of the new technology found in Windows Vista. Other technologies covered include cabling, protocols, switching, wireless, security, broadband/DSL, and network management.
Prerequisite(s): Good working knowledge of computers, Windows XP, and basic computer terminology.
