Establishing an Injection Molding Process
Online 1-2 hours of professional multimedia training. This course shows participants how to quickly and effectively establish an injection molding process. Important safety issues associated with process setup are stressed throughout the course. This course will also help molders reduce setup and cycle times. This course includes: material preparation, drying and mixing; screw and barrel cleaning; guidelines for setting each processing parameter; procedures for proper injection velocity profile setup; and proper clamp and part removal settings.
