This course is designed to familiarize production personnel with complications that may arise during processing concerning shrinkage, warpage, and ejection. This course includes how packing affects shrinkage and warpage, ejection systems for simple and complex geometry, effects of part geometry, and amorphous vs. semi-crystalline polymer behavior.
